We collect only what we need to match you with movers, we never sell your data, and we never share the phone number you give us for text messaging with anyone for their own marketing. When you ask for a quote, the move details you choose to share are passed to matching movers so they can contact you — that’s the service. You can opt out of texts anytime by replying STOP.
Your Moving Quotes is operated by Majestic Automation and matches you with movers from the Majestic Moving Companies directory. This policy describes how we collect, use, and share information when you visit this site, request a quote, or otherwise interact with us. Information you give us directly. Contact information you provide when you request a quote: your name, phone number, email address, and any message you write. Move details you share so we can match you: your origin and destination, move date, home size, and any specialty or access needs.
Information collected automatically. Device and usage data: browser type, operating system, IP address, pages visited, time on page, referring URL, and general location inferred from IP (region, not precise location).
Information from third parties. Property listing status from public property records, which is how we knew your home was recently listed as under contract or pending. If you would like that corrected or removed, email us and we’ll handle it within a reasonable time.
The moving companies we match you with, and the service providers that run this site and our email and phone systems on our behalf. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with anyone for their own marketing.
You can unsubscribe from our emails in one click from any message we send, or by replying with the word STOP. Opt-outs take effect immediately and are kept permanently — forgetting one would be worse than keeping the record. To ask what we hold about you, or to have it deleted, email us with “Privacy Request” in the subject line.
We delete the records of people who never became customers 120 days after we last contacted them. Opt-out records are the deliberate exception and are kept indefinitely, stored as the minimum needed to enforce them.
We use industry-standard measures to protect information in transit and at rest. This service is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their information. If this policy changes we will update the date at the top of this page.
